  • Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination

Booking & Availability

How to secure your date and what to expect in the booking process.

  • Is my wedding date available?

    We’d love to check our calendar for you. Availability varies throughout the season, so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we’ll have your date reserved. Click here to check your date →

  • How do I secure my date?

    A signed proposal and 50% non-refundable retainer reserves the date. Final payment is due 30 days before the wedding unless otherwise agreed.

  • When should I book?

    For full planning, 12–18 months is ideal. For month-of coordination, 6–8 weeks usually works well.

Day-of & Operations

What we handle on the day and how coordination works.

  • Will you be on-site on the wedding day?

    Absolutely — we’re the first in and the last out. Our team oversees vendor arrivals, timeline flow, and last-minute troubleshooting so you can stay present.

  • How many assistants will you bring?

    We allocate staff by package and guest count — day-of includes one lead coordinator; larger weddings include an assistant or second planner as required.

  • What happens if a vendor is late / something goes wrong?

    We handle it discreetly. Our team has contingency plans for weather, vendor delays, and any on-the-spot adjustments.

Design & Add-ons

Details about styling, rentals and bespoke services.

  • Do you offer design services?

    Yes — full planning includes concept development through execution. We work with you on color palettes, mood boards and vendor styling to create a cohesive look.

  • Can we rent décor or furniture through you?

    We have preferred rental partners and can coordinate delivery, install and removal for a seamless experience.

  • How much do wedding planning services cost?

    Pricing depends on the level of service—full planning, partial planning, or day-of coordination. Each package is tailored by guest count and complexity.

  • Are travel fees or taxes included?

    Travel fees may apply outside the GTA. HST is extra; this will be noted in your proposal.
